Our Service:

The NHS South Gloucestershire is responsible for health care services IN South Gloucestershire. We commission both hospital and community services. We also employ community staff to work with GP practice staff as a team providing a local service to patients.

 

Our Customers:

 

All people registered with a South Gloucestershire General Practitioner.

 

 

 

Description of service provided:

 

 

We do not provide a benefits advice service but our staff do encourage patients to get advice to maximise their incomes. Community staff signpost patients to benefits advice services. GP practices host the Age Concern Benefits Advice Outreach Project on a rolling programme.
