Description of service provided:
 
We offer a free, impartial telephone advice service. We can give information about any issue affecting disabled people, such as welfare benefits, Blue Badges, employment, access issues, The Disability Discrimination Act and much more.
 
We provide assistance with filling in Disability Living Allowance and Attendance Allowance forms. We offer this service through office appointments or home visits. We can also offer representation at DLA/AA appeals.
 
DIAS is one of the services offered by the West of England Centre for Inclusive Living (WECIL). We have over 10 years’ experience in providing services to Disabled and older people. All WECIL’s services promote independence and empowerment of Disabled people, enabling them to have choice and control over their lives.
